This article is Tati, who put it as a comment to a story that appeared on the blog, but I thought that is significant enough to put it as an article.
On that side I agree.
But ... Homophobia is apparently growing in a dangerous manner within the classroom. At least a few weeks ago that I read in a magazine. It also noted that 6 of every 10 students discriminated against fellow members of the set ° Gay ¨.
The disgust, violence, rejection and even ridicule and isolation, are some of the behaviors exhibited by classmates with gay and lesbian the presence of these. And it seems a shame.
Homophobia does not recognize social strata and that discrimination against the gay community has been present in public and private schools of different social strata. I also read that appeared on all but the first and second rejection of the ESO, or even, sometimes, in sixth grade.
also seems appropriate to point out that sex discrimination in schools has increased the dropout rate. Does it seem normal that a student has to leave her school to another to freely express their sexual preferences? Or, not even that. Should I go pada to take the course? To me, of course not.
The lack of sexual education in schools is evident because, I dare say that up to 50 percent of students believe that homosexuality is due to a problem. And here comes your earlier reply. We are taking a big step around the settlement of the gay community, but still a long way to go, also appear as major obstacles in this journey. Above all, we're talking about people like you and me, also deserve a full student life.
